Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time (+ any holidays)
Handling time: 3 - 7 Business Days. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Shipping time: 7 - 21 Business Days. It is the time between when the seller hands the order over to the carrier until its delivery to the customer’s address.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Important Note: If certain specialized products cannot be processed through expedited channels, we will reach out to you via email to arrange shipment via regular expedited service with a refund of shipping costs. If you do not wish to receive the standard shipping option, please respond within 24 hours. If we do not receive a response, we will automatically proceed with the standard shipping option.
Regarding who pays the Import Tax and VAT:
In most cases, our parcels breeze through customs without the need for VAT to be paid. However, there are particular circumstances, especially concerning larger orders, where we may need to provide additional information to customs, and may require your cooperation to provide the necessary documentation. Please be mindful that every destination country has a different import tax threshold on the value of goods that can be imported before the import tax becomes chargeable. Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included within the item price or postage cost. These charges fall under the buyer's responsibility.
For our British customers, we will ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS, delivering from door to door, relieving you of the need to pay any import duties. (Our freight forwarder will take care of your import duties)
